After completing her MSW internship with Vividbound and graduating, Tyneshia has continued to shine with her passion for survivor support, community building, and mental health advocacy. Her journey from intern to leader is a true testimony of purpose, resilience, and dedication.


In her new role, Tyneshia will:

- Advocate for survivors with compassion and strength

-Lead the coordination and direction of Vividbound’s Internship Program

-Support in enhancing and restructuring Vividbound’s programs to better serve our community

With over a decade of progressive experience in human services and administrative roles, Karisma brings a wealth of knowledge, resilience, and compassion to our mission of empowering survivors and supporting adolescents.

About Karisma:
Expertise: Karisma has a strong background in case management, project coordination, resource allocation, and strategic relationship building.

Skills: Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, NCFAST, DocuSign, and more, she’s also experienced in working with diverse populations and empowering clients to achieve independence.

Experience Highlights:
Managed large caseloads in child welfare and mental health services.

Supported community resources and crisis intervention.

Coordinated programs and events to enhance organizational impact.

Education: Karisma holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work.

Meet Our Master of Social Work (MSW) Intern Briana Bradley-Chaves (former intern from spring, summer, and fall of 2024)!


We are delighted to introduce Briana Bradley-Chaves, our dedicated MSW intern who has joined the Vividbound team. At Vividbound, we are committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Our mission is to empower survivors of abuse during their transition from surviving to thriving. 


Briana is currently pursuing her MSW degree from Walden University. Additionally, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for social justice, with a focus on trauma-informed care and advocacy for survivors. 


During her internship with us, Briana will be working closely with our team in providing counseling services, conducting support groups, assisting with case management services, community outreach events, court proceedings, and more. Her contributions will be instrumental in furthering Vividbound’s mission and impact in the community.
