Meet Our New Accounting Manager Princess Vlandamir!

We are thrilled to welcome Princess Vlandamir to our team at Vividbound! As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and making a positive impact in our community. 

Princess has a comprehensive background with managing accounting tasks, financial reporting, payroll, financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and we are excited about the valuable contributions she will make to our financial management and overall mission.

 Welcome Back, Tyneshia! 

We are beyond thrilled to announce that Tyneshia is officially returning to the Vividbound team—this time stepping into the role of Survivor Advocacy & Community Development Director! 

After completing her MSW internship with Vividbound and graduating, Tyneshia has continued to shine with her passion for survivor support, community building, and mental health advocacy. Her journey from intern to leader is a true testimony of purpose, resilience, and dedication.

In her new role, Tyneshia will:

- Advocate for survivors with compassion and strength

-Lead the coordination and direction of Vividbound’s Internship Program

-Support in enhancing and restructuring Vividbound’s programs to better serve our community

- Build partnerships that expand Vividbound’s reach and impact

- Assist in capturing funding opportunities to strengthen sustainability

We are so excited to walk alongside her as she continues her journey toward becoming a licensed therapist in the coming weeks.

Ashlee has a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She brings invaluable expertise to our organization. Ashlee also has many years of experience as being a medical social worker, therapist, intensive in-home lead provider for at risk children and adults, care manager, and more.

Ashlee has a proven track record in providing compassionate care, advocacy, and support to those in need. Her dedication to empowering survivors aligns perfectly with Vividbound’s mission to create a safe and supportive environment for women and children affected by abuse.

We’re excited to welcome Eliza to the Vividbound team as our Survivor Services and Outreach Volunteer! 

Eliza brings over 7 years of professional experience in biotech operations, compliance, and client support with a proven ability to manage sensitive data, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accuracy in high-pressure environments. Her background in quality compliance, documentation, and compassionate communication makes her a perfect fit for supporting survivors with care and precision.

At Vividbound, Eliza will assist with outreach efforts, survivor support coordination, and resource navigation by helping ensure every individual we serve feels seen, valued, and supported on their journey to thriving.

Ashley brings a wealth of experience in the legal field, having served as a Senior Litigation Paralegal and Legal Administrator with a strong background in case management, legal research, and advocacy. Her impressive ability to streamline processes, manage complex legal documentation, and support diverse client needs aligns beautifully with Vividbound’s mission of empowering and uplifting survivors.

Ashley’s attention to detail, leadership in cross-functional environments, and commitment to justice and equity will make her a valuable resource for the individuals and families we serve. We are excited for the compassion, wisdom, and professionalism she brings to our village.

Welcome to the Vividbound Village, Kia B! We are honored to welcome Kia B., MSN, RN, to the Vividbound team as a Survivor Services Volunteer! 

Kia brings over 23 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) and healthcare leader, with a background spanning home health, hospice care, compliance, operations, quality improvement, and more.

Her leadership, empathy, and heart for service align perfectly with Vividbound’s mission to empower women, youth, and families rising from trauma to triumph. 

Kia’s addition to the team reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding survivor support, strengthening advocacy, and providing safe spaces for those rebuilding their lives with courage and faith.
