BREATHE LIFE WELLNESS WALK
Join us for the Breathe Life Wellness Walk, a moment to pause, breathe, and move with intention. This isn’t just a walk—it’s a journey toward healing, empowerment, and solidarity. We’ll begin with grounding and reflection, followed by a community walk and flow that centers mindfulness, breathwork, and collective care. Whether you are walking for yourself, a survivor, for someone you love, or in remembrance—your steps matter.

This SAAM, we’re choosing movement over silence. Stillness over chaos. Connection over isolation. Walk with us in honor. Walk with us in healing. Walk with us in community.

MeetUp begins at 9am
Grounding & Reflections 9:30am
Community Walk & Flow 9:45am-10:45am
Closing Meditation 10:50-11am

Open to all, bring your family and friends. The event is free, but we encourage registration to help us ensure we have accurate headcount.

We look forward to a powerful day in community.
